Shipping Policy
What You Need to Know
For delivery outside the UK delivery will be charged and sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force worldwide.
For delivery in the UK small items under £10.01 we will send second class mail, more expensive items will be sent via tracked delivery.
For the UK delivery is included in the price. However, outside the UK you will be charged.
We aim to ship out products in 1-5 working days, doing what we can to get them on the road as soon as possible.

Our Return Policy
The Small Print
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) Smellbags are only eligible for return if the outer packaging is unopened and undamaged.

Products sold by Richies Awesome Wood are supplied as is, the products are hand made and materials are often natural thus there will be imperfections, minor scratches, and may be fragile so should be handled carefully. Richies Awesome Wood does not take responsibility for accidental breakages. But if you break something, please contact me and I will advise on how to fix the item. Some items may have third party components such clock mechanisms, if there are any issues with these I will replace them within 60 days.
